PORT WASHINGTON INN POLICIES

Welcome! Ours is a small family owned & operated Milwaukee Area Bed and Breakfast. It is our pleasure to provide you with the quality and value we prefer when we travel.

Weekend Reservations: Typically there is a two night minimum stay requirement with a Saturday night Memorial weekend through Veterans Weekend. The second night can be a Friday or a Sunday. Saturday night only stays are available during this time period on a last minute availability basis.

Minimum stay requirements may apply for particular events, holidays, or during high season. Please call for further information.

Guaranteeing your Reservation
Your reservation for one or two rooms may be guaranteed with a VISA, MASTERCARD, or DISCOVER card in your name.

Group Reservations & High Demand Dates
Group reservations (3-5 rooms) require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to reserve.

High demand dates may stipulate unique policies articulated for those specific dates.

Reserving 4 or more months in advance
Reserving 4 or more months in advance requires PAYMENT IN FULL at time of booking. Discounts do not apply. Cancellations received in advance of 45 days prior to the reserved date(s) will qualify for a credit certificate in the amount of payment (less $25 cancellation fee). Cancellations received within 45 days of the reserved dates will receive no refund.

***Cancellations for group reservations, high demand dates, and reservations made 4 months or more in advance are handled uniquely from routine reservations. Clarify the cancellation policies relative to your reservation if your reservation falls in one of these categories.


Cancellations for routine reservations:

Once a reservation is on our books, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged if the reservation is cancelled.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the reserved date(s) have two options:

Option 1: Pay the reservation amount in full, in return for a credit certificate valid for one year; a $25 handling fee applies.

Option 2: Forfeit 50% of the reservation total plus a $25 handling fee.

No shows will forfeit the amount of the reservation plus a $25 handling fee.

If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.

AUTO-COLLECT
Payment for retail items and gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase.

CHILDREN & PETS
Children are not allowed. Pets are not allowed.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY
Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.

ARRIVALS AFTER 6:00 P.M.
Whether you will be arriving AFTER 6:00 P.M. according to your original plan or because of extenuating circumstances, we appreciate a courtesy call; sometimes there is helpful information we can share to make your later arrival feel more welcoming.
